▪ Innovation or innovation is a new idea, good, service and process or
combination thereof. Innovation can take place within organisations
but also within broader - social - connections. The process of
innovation (innovation process) comprises the whole of human
actions aimed at innovation (of products, services, production
processes, etc.).
▪ Evolution is the biological concept by which the process of change
in all forms of life is indicated from generation to generation.
Evolution can be defined as the gradual change in populations
through inheritance with variation and natural selection.
▪ Strictly speaking, the definition of disruption is disruption or
breakup. The term is gaining popularity because many new
emerging companies and technologies are disrupting entire
markets, or bringing down existing, large organizations. Disruption is
therefore also synonymous with disrupting existing business.
