This document describes a high throughput gene testing platform for identifying product leads in corn. The platform integrates a large pipeline to directly identify gene concepts through cloning, transformation, and advancement events. It allows for testing a large number of genes and product concepts with the benefits of high efficiency gene lead discovery and a transgenic library for current and future products. The status is that the pipeline is fully integrated from gene concept to yield testing with a large number of genes at each stage and multiple genes identified in the discovery phase for traits like yield, water, nitrogen, cold germination, and quality.
