1. The Prefect Teamwork –My Leadership skill
Last semester I was taking GNED 500 course. My professor assigned a group report for my
group to complete. There are five members in our group. However, all group members’
schedules are conflict. We didn’t have common time to get together to do the group work. I
volunteered to be the group leader. I communicated with all the members and assigned all
works to make sure every member knows what they were responsible for. In order to
communicate with each other effectively, I established a group chat on social networking. We
also use it to share our opinions on each question. I received all the pieces and editor them.
What’s more, we submitted the assignment which exceeded all our professor’s requirements,
and got full mark at presentation part.

2. The Champion of the Month-Hard working
When I was working in the real estate firm, the global economic situation was serious, and the sales in
our firms were slump. Even though the selling situation was poor, all agents had a target sale which
was 10 sales. I wasn’t be scared by the aiming task. What I did was hard working. In my spare time, I
read some books about selling and marketing, I also read some books about customer services. At
working time, I tried my best to service as much as possible customers and phone more customers to
my work place. At the end of the month, I sold 15 apartments and serviced 247 customers which were
doubled to other colleagues I was not only finished my task but also won the champion of the month.

3. Volunteered in ACCE Gala-My fast learning skill
Last month, I volunteered in ACCE award Gala Event. There was an emergence thing that the
prize lady was absent while it was too late to find another appropriate one from other place.
Because of I dress appropriate, I actively took the task. It was 4 pm; the event would be hold
at 6:30. It means I only have 150 minutes to set up all awards that I will present and familiar to
every steps of the Gala even familiar with name. During the 150 minutes, I logically set up all
awards and letter, use small notepaper marked all awards to make sure the award and steps
are match. I gave up my meal time to practice every position. With the cooperating with other
works, I successfully performed the task and got the acceptation of the Gala’s Director that I
spend less time performed well.

4. Life in Real Estate Firm:
Three years ago, I worked in a
real estate firm. One day, one
customer was unhappy with his
purchase a day after he
purchased. The customer was
being irate and extremely rude
that all of employees in our
company no one among the
other agents wanted to speak
with him. Under the situation, I
walked toward him and talked
with him use the tone with care. I
showed my understanding for
him and provide him with
economic and personal
implications of his purchase and
the benefits that come across
with his purchase. After a month
of interacting with the customer,
the customer decided to
emphasis purchase. He also
become a loyal customer
recommends a lot of other
customers to me.

5. Award in Play it Smart program
In September, 2012, I joined play it smart program. My duty is to pick up children to centennial and
send them back to their parents safely. One day, I took the last bus to send children to their
parents. However, it was 4 o’clock; one kid’s parents forgot the time to pick him up. Unfortunately,
bus driver cannot wait so long because it was time she worked off. At that time, I made a decision,
I called my leader and let the kid in my car and let the bus driver left on time. We waited one hour
until the kid’s parents picked him up. I took my responsibility and performed the task make sure
that every kids went home safely. After eight months work in play it smart program, I was
presented to be a play it smart hero with honour.
