to centralize the location of other digital files, say, videos and images. 3- Announcements: to post news, avoiding emails,
that can be missed in times of inbox overload. 4- Calendar.: to post meetings and deadlines. 5- Links: useful links. 6- Pages:
other subpages to this one. 7- Tasks: to clearly track action items 8- Team Discussions: to start and join on different
conversations.
