4. Multiple Address Books
 The cloud address book software comes with the
option to use the primary address book or create
multiple address books for various reasons.
Contacts can be easily mapped between address
books and every address book has standalone
control that allows user to share a particular
address book with read/write privilege or
maintain personal address book, and more such
options.

5. Groups & Sub Groups
 The online address book can have
multiple groups and sub-groups and so
on. A contact will exist in the primary
address book and can be mapped
between groups and sub-groups and
more sub-groups under them. This
provides better control over contact
management and one contact can easily
be part of multiple groups or sub-
groups without causing duplicate
entries.

6. Contacts in CSV
 Exporting or importing contact is a lot easier
with the CSV compatibility. Users can easily
transfer entire contact database stored in CSV
format (MS Excel file) to the Exadime cloud-
based online address book by simply
uploading the entire file into the address book.
In case the contact list needs to be taken
elsewhere and accessed offline, the entire
contact database can be downloaded in CSV
format as well. CSV is extremely compatible
with almost all contact management software

7. Contact History
 Exadime stores the Users' actvities related to
Contact. This helps the user to check the past
records related to the Contact. It's like the
Contact Version, you can check all the versions
of the Contact through the application.

8. Trash
 Forget deleting a contact by accident and
regretting it the next instant. Exadime cloud based
address book never deletes any contact
permanently the moment you delete the contact
from the address book. It moves the contact to
trash. So, if you wish to restore deleted contacts,
you can always check the trash and do so.
Moreover, you can manually delete the contacts
from trash permanently.

9. Contact Mapping & Sharing
 Contacts can be mapped among multiple
address books and groups. This eliminates the
need to duplicate the contacts in different
address books. Also contacts can be shared
with anyone while providing specific
privilege and rights. There are options
available to the user to share contact with
read/write/share privilege and user can select
as required. It allows better contact
management and contact sharing between
teams and departments.
