Tense simply means time. The
time can be in the past (that
passed away), present (that is
going on or future (that is yet
to come).
Thus a tense has three forms-
Present Tense, Past Tense and
Future Tense.
A perfect form: indicates
completed action.
A progressive form: indicates an
action that is going on.
A perfect progressive form:
indicates an action that is going on
and will be completed at some
definite form.
Each Tense has:
I chat with my
boyfriend. (present)
He voted CJP for 15 lakh.
(past)

a comedian in 2019. (future)
