For this assignment, I designed a presentation for a meeting with the management team describing a crisis that was "brewing," i.e. at the early stages. We were required to include visual images-- illustrations, graphs, charts, photos-- to make the case for launching a crisis communication plan.
3. As we discussed in our team meeting on June 23,
there has been backlash regarding our new
women's clinic's construction. Since that
conversation, the concerns from the community
have elevated. Community concerns include
razing the historic buildings on the site of the
new clinic and the noise and traffic during the
construction period.
Based on what we know, we must implement our
crisis communication plan.
