Yes and yes, it is POSSIBLE to generate leads using Facebook ads and I’m only saying that because I’ve been there done that for many businesses in different industries, aviation, technology, and travel. The only thing is that each industry may require a different strategic approach but the channel is definitely effective in doing so
I believe in the saying Time is money so I value the 20 minutes of your time and I’ll maximise it to simply share the general idea of you can do with FB ads.

Before you start anything, you should determine FIRST your goals. As a business owner or marketer or any one who plays in important role in growing the business, we have our goals. Goals my vary in different industry. So in this case, the goal of the company is to acquire enrollees for their training course.
They have different target customers. Let’s say people who are interested in aviation courses and are living in Northern Luzon and NCR, that’s one customer segment and another one are people who are interested in aviation courses but living in international countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Qatar. Those are their target customers.
Leads may have different meaning. It could be a registration, inquiry, download, app install and may more. Let’s say in this case, what lead means to them is an inquiry. After a visitor filled up a form and submit the details, that is already counted as 1 inquiry.
Okay, now we have identified the goal, the target customers, what lead means to them, and now the execution part.
I’ll be sharing to you what actions did they take.

You might be thinking, their customers are everyone. Well technically if you are an internet service provider but in this case, the company has its identified target market.
The first target customers are people who live in their coverage area who are businesses. Another target is the people who live in their coverage are who are gamers. And so on….
What leads means to them. Do you have idea? The lead means to them is an online application for their product. In their website, there is a page where you can apply for an internet subscription account and that online application is a 5 step process. A lead means to them is once a visitor completes the 5 step process.
