  1. Yes and yes, it is POSSIBLE to generate leads using Facebook ads and I’m only saying that because I’ve been there done that for many businesses in different industries, aviation, technology, and travel. The only thing is that each industry may require a different strategic approach but the channel is definitely effective in doing so
  2. I believe in the saying Time is money so I value the 20 minutes of your time and I’ll maximise it to simply share the general idea of you can do with FB ads.
  3. In the next slides, I’ll be presenting case studies and I’m going to share with you how they able to generate leads using Facebook. In each case study, we will elaborate their goals, target customers, what a lead means to them, what is the strategic path behind, and the most important thing is the result. So, are you ready?
  4. This aviation company offers various courses including pilot training, cabin crew, aircraft maintenance and more.
  5. Before you start anything, you should determine FIRST your goals. As a business owner or marketer or any one who plays in important role in growing the business, we have our goals. Goals my vary in different industry. So in this case, the goal of the company is to acquire enrollees for their training course.
  6. They have different target customers. Let’s say people who are interested in aviation courses and are living in Northern Luzon and NCR, that’s one customer segment and another one are people who are interested in aviation courses but living in international countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Qatar. Those are their target customers.
  7. Leads may have different meaning. It could be a registration, inquiry, download, app install and may more. Let’s say in this case, what lead means to them is an inquiry. After a visitor filled up a form and submit the details, that is already counted as 1 inquiry.
  8. Okay, now we have identified the goal, the target customers, what lead means to them, and now the execution part.
  9. I’ll be sharing to you what actions did they take. Very simple right!
  10. # of Leads - 579 Cost Per Lead – 32.08 The amazing part is after 2 days of launching their ads, their server crash because of the influx of email.
  11. This aviation company offers various courses including pilot training, cabin crew, aircraft maintenance and more.
  12. Their goal is to promote their new campaign which is their new product, a fiber internet connection
  13. You might be thinking, their customers are everyone. Well technically if you are an internet service provider but in this case, the company has its identified target market. The first target customers are people who live in their coverage area who are businesses. Another target is the people who live in their coverage are who are gamers. And so on….
  14. What leads means to them. Do you have idea? The lead means to them is an online application for their product. In their website, there is a page where you can apply for an internet subscription account and that online application is a 5 step process. A lead means to them is once a visitor completes the 5 step process.
  15. Very simple right!
  16. # of Leads - 90 Cost Per Lead – 277.87 The amazing part is if before they are only receiving 5 inquiries per month, now they are receiving leads more than that.
  17. This travel agency offers new tour promos from time to time.
  18. The company’s goal in using Facebook Ads is acquire inquiries for their travel and tours packages.
  19. Their target customers depends on their product. For example, for their Cambodia travel package, we target: People who are frequent traveler who are living in Northern Luzon People who are frequest traveler and are OFWs
  20. Lead to them is when a visitor filled up their online quotation form.
  21. Very simple right!
  22. # of Leads – 144 Cost Per Lead – 171.14 The amazing part is they are overwhelmed with the inquiries and phone calls. Feeling overwhelmed with leads is good right?
