words ‘throw your heart’ however I have interpreted it as the artists
has personified his mental illness such as depression and anxiety
disorder.
I think that the person is wanting to reach out for help but nobody
notices ‘I just want to be found’ sounds like they are desperate for
help but no is there to help him.
‘I got the lines’ refers to how they say they’re fine when in actual
fact they are not.

These lyrics suggest that the person’s mental health has
deteriorated and that they have suffered before ‘ it’s brighter
this time’ tells us that this is not the first time they have felt
like this.

trying to hide their issues from everyone else which makes
them sound like they are desperate for help but too
ashamed and embarrassed to talk to anyone.
Again the word ‘you’ personifies the illness maybe
suggesting that they can hear voices as they say that they
are talking to them but no one else can hear as it just says

then they won’t feel depressed which is what I believe the
song is referencing to.
The word ‘evading’ means to escape or avoid something
and so this connotes that the person is avoiding their
problems and thoughts through drawing pictures. Again this
shows how they are troubled but just want to act like they’re
fine due to embarrassment.

categorised as ‘friends’ as one is brought on by the other and
so on.
The third line shows how they do not want to feel the way
they do and do not want to hear the bad thoughts inside their
head.
The final two lines show how the person wants to start fresh
and not be burdened with these issues. The word ‘really’
emphasises the fact they are desperate for help and a new
start.
