This letter requests permission from an actor/actress to feature them in an album cover photo shoot taking place the week of November 6th. The director wants to ensure the actor/actress is comfortable during the multi-day production process, which may take place inside or outside. Details about costumes, makeup, hair and props will be provided closer to the shoot dates, but the actor/actress can bring their own items if preferred.

Thisletter is regarding the permission required from you to allow us to produce an albumcover incorporating
you within it. It will take place week beginning 6th
November. We wantto ensure that you are comfortable
and contented with our production process. If you have any necessities please let us know and we will
endeavour to complete your needs.We also need you to understand that this activity can take the duration of
a few days. It can be inside or outside work. We will contact nearer the time in terms of costume, make-up,
hair and props. We can provide all of this but if you have anything you might want to feature you are
welcome to bring it along,certain make-up, hair products, etc. It is not obligatoryat the moment. I will get in
touch about location and area we will be shooting in and what time in the dayyou will be needed.Thankyou
