2. Gossip.
People sometimes need to refine the routine task of an office with a malicious
comment and ambiguous to provide the opportunity to become a subject for
debate.
Is that gossip attracts the curiosity of those who are working, and encourages
them to deviate from tedious duties for a while and have the psychological
pleasure that most are missing.
The gossip comes from new, something different that stands out from the
rest. Moods, new clothes, find love, relationships sinful impending layoff
announcements, promotions, washed head of something wrong, and in-fighting
trying to stay hidden but fail in the attempt.
Gossip has a dual function, helps fight boredom and low while the claims of
those who for some reason they are proud.
It is an office that recreates the same roles at home and ultimately behave like
a family, right or wrong avenue as appropriate, but deep down most to loving a
bit.
Because love is always ambivalent, can be a flower of a day and end abruptly,
as soon as they dare of the blue to show the teeth.
Malicious gossip who discovers the dark side of someone that causes some
jealousy, conforms to all who can not get out of mediocrity, something justifying
their inaction.

This is true, because journalism is the largest market that exists on this subject,
nurtured with the misfortunes of others, the transgressions that dare to make
those who live audience, they do give tips and talk to all those people the
media, always eager for news to raise the rating.
The gossip in the workplace is generally aimed at discrediting, and basically
serves to maintain certain social rules that the protagonists of the gossip dare
to ignore.
The offender will have to risk criticism and be crushed and skinned by the
beasts of the media circus that will pursue him until he found the situation to
confirm the gossip spread.
An office is a microcosm of all human events occur, intimate or public, and
where are displayed all types of leadership, authoritarian, the computer, the
peacemaker, the saboteur, the seducer, all creatures that are playing a role and
that are related as they can, trying to attack and defend as in any other field.
The cell phone has become the best ally of the gossips because it is the best
way to pass unnoticed gossip, and sometimes these messages may include
compromising pictures are evidence of the crime.
People want to secretly thwart best kept missing those committing shameful
acts. Although they are innocent and do not harm anyone, want to beat the one

Gossip, even if true, can destroy people, as happened once with a showgirl on

2. The envious. Are those that use gossip to harm morally or
materially, because it gives them grief or sadness to see that othershave
assets.
3. False. They are those who hide their true feelings or true identity,commonly
used gossip to pervert or conceal the truth at the expense of someone.
