Trust Exchange is a business information platform that allows companies to build secure, customizable networks to directly exchange critical business information in real time. It addresses the current inefficient and outdated methods of sharing information through email and spreadsheets. The platform features dashboards, policies, company profiles, events, and verifications to provide timely and actionable information. It also creates a "virtuous cycle" through network effects to expand the total addressable market. Example use cases outlined include improving vendor compliance for banks, increasing safety inspections for public agencies, and enhancing disease tracking for the agriculture industry.

3. The Problem
2
Engaging, verifying and monitoring business information is
exceedingly complex. Today, enterprises use linear solutions that fail
in an exponential world.
Businesses rely on old and inefficient technology such as email and
spreadsheets. These are redundant, time consuming, and limited
in frequency and volume.
Assessments focus on past performance as opposed to what is
happening right now.

9. The Platform
Dashboards
Timely and actionable information is delivered through
easily configurable dashboards, which enable
customized criteria and risk policies to be monitored
automatically. Dashboards and reports create visibility
throughout the organization, and each party can have
multiple dashboard views based on role or
responsibility.
Policies
Custom compliance policies reside in the
dashboard categories and allow organizations to
more precisely segment third parties by function,
risk, geography, or other criteria. All parties receive
alerts about upcoming requirements and new
events based on their portfolio permissions.
Company Profiles
Your dashboard shows the profiles of companies or
events that you monitor. At a glance, you can
determine an individual company’s compliance
with your specific rules and policies.

10. Platform Overview
Events
Key information, such as an initial risk assessment, is
presented as an Event on a timeline. Events can be
customized based on the user’s requirements and
preferences.
Verifications
Events can be verified internally or by additional third
parties based on role or responsibility. These
verifications are stored securely and are easily
auditable. Verifiers can monitor companies they are
responsible for in dashboards and receive alerts about
new Events needing review as well as upcoming
assessments.
Reports
Trust Exchange provides information across the
organization in the form of real time alerts, daily
summaries and a hierarchy of dashboards and
reporting. Reports include company profile reports,
policy checklist status and history reports, lists, and
portfolio activity reports and board level program
metrics.
