IES San José is a comprehensive secondary and high school in Spain with about 400 students aged 11 to 18. The school has two main buildings - an old building from the 1960s that houses professional studies classrooms, and a new building from 2006 located next to the primary school buildings where ESO and Bachillerato students attend classes. The school has classrooms, a library, gymnasium, staff rooms, administrative office, canteen, laboratories, music and art classrooms, ICT classroom, and a schoolyard surrounding the buildings. The staff consists of about 50 teachers organized into different departments, along with classroom assistants and laboral personal. Most students come from middle-class families living in the town or nearby areas.
