You have been with us on a 1.5 months, where we have given training in what GIP/GCDP is about, provided product knowledge, taught you some basics of sales.
Now, much of your training or personal development is dependent on your responsibility.
We may provide you with so much resources, but unless you can start going out there, what you can learn is pretty much 10% of what’s possible.
Talk to your VP on your development plan. We are all very happy to talk to you, and work out your own personal growth plan together.
But it’s now that I pass on the responsibility of own personal growth, and what you can get out from AIESEC to you.
