AIESEC Singapore held a BST Camp in 2012 where participants were asked to set 3 professional goals and 3 personal goals to commit to achieving. The goals were meant to push participants outside of their comfort zones and help them grow both personally and professionally over the coming year. Participants were encouraged to make their goals specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound to increase their chances of accomplishing them.
