• A vegetarian is someone who does not incorporate meat,
fish, or fowl into their daily diet.
• It is not a person who considers themselves as a part-time or
semi-vegetarian.
• Or a vegetarian who eats certain animals and not others.
3. Although being a vegetarian is healthier,
there are needed guide lines:
• A correct lifestyle change.
• Correct intake of nutrients.
• Correct intake of water.
• Correct amount of daily exercise..
