I have worked with Govt. of Gujarat, WHO-NPSP, RNTCP, UNICEF-IPE & USAID- URC for
more than 17 years with progressively increasing responsibilities in the field of
operation, management, training, monitoring, analysis & feedback sharing for various
National Health Programs with the Govt., WHO, UNICEF, USAID-URC and Partner
agencies. I have actively and successfully worked with target driven & result oriented
approach at all career levels with recognition for work accomplishment.
I have unique skill set which is a blend of clinical knowledge, programmatic &
administrative competence and liaison expertise. Also have outstanding organizational,
planning and personnel management & communication skills and have successfully
implemented & also coordinated various health programs across various states of
Gujarat, Bihar, Rajasthan& UP.
Been a compassionate human being with drive for excellence through passionate flare
for analysis, identifying programmatic gaps and providing solutions both short term &
long term & advocating for mid-term interventions. I have been a proficient trainer of
various healthprograms and for variedgroupof audience.
I have always tried to be an enthusiastic & diligent team player with a drive to reach
the goal of any missionat work.
I have enjoyed the privilege of having worked with people of great professional
demeanour of State, Country & International level who have always acclaimed my
sincerity and dedication towards my work in government and the International
Organizations inGujarat, Bihar, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
Presently I am working as Regional Routine Immunzation Officer, UNICEF-IPE for
Meerut & Saharanpur Division since July 2014 with challenges and job responsibility
given with expectations fromseniors.
Now I feel competent & confident to take up higher challenges and wish ernestly to
work for InternationalCommunity in Health Development.
