start date, client may request a replacement and ACS will not charge for the consultant’s time. If a client

bill for the services of the consultant’s first two weeks. Client may request a replacement and ACS will not
charge client for the first 2 weeks.”

Compensation
• Competitive compensation, benefits and unique perks including health benefits, vacation/holidays, bench pay,
etc.
• Tuition Reimbursement: ACS’s Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to enhance an employee's job-
related skill set. Employees who complete 1040 hours of service are eligible for ACS’s tuition program. ACS
employees are eligible to receive up to $1000.00 reimbursement for every 1040 hours completed.
Performance Based Incentives:
• ACS’s Performance Based Incentive Program works to reward an employee for good performance, good
attendance and longevity. Employees can earn a Performance Based Incentive after the initial three months
(520 hours) on their current project (ACS works with the client manager to determine performance and tracks
attendance). If all indicators are positive, an employee can earn a 5% bonus calculated on their
compensation for that three month time frame (520 hours). Thereafter, performance reviews are done on an
annual basis.
Successful Assignment Completion Incentive Program for Contractors
Partnership Concept/Profit Sharing
• ACS offers all employees a share in the financial success of the company. As ACS expands, so will our
employees’ stake in the company. We have reserved up to 10% of ACS’s share capital for our employees.
Profit sharing is calculated at the end of each financial year. Employee rewards will be based on the number
of contracts successfully completed. Employees’ profit sharing can be added into their pay or into their 401k
plan.
