Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas
Every government does it job on procedures written on the Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas. It is called the government's playbook that gives limitations to the power of those in the office of Kansas. The Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas gives each official the power and the limitation of their power so they can do their jobs accordingly without causing any problem to other part of the government's system. Written in 1859, there have been several changes and amendments to the Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas in the hope that it will improve the government of the state. All changes were agreed upon not only by the people at the office but also by the citizens of the state of Kansas through a vote. To change or amend the Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas, the 2/3 members of the legislature department should vote for it and the citizen’s vote should be in favour of it as well in majority.
The playbook which we call the Constitution and the System of the State of Kansas starts with a preamble which is all about ensuring that the Kansas Constitution is a book of rules that is set by the people for the people of the state of Kansas and that it is to ensure that the rights of the people are being made known to them. One of the most interesting laws in this playbook is the equal rights of women and their right to own a property which is only visible in the Kansas Constitution and not else in different state. Aside from these laws, Kansas Constitution also allows women to raise and discipline their siblings in accordance to the set laws of the playbook.
There three branches of Government in the Kansas State. There is the Legislative, Executive and the Judicial. The Legislative part consists of senators (40 of them) and representatives (125 of them) and is elected on their post by the citizens of Kansas.
Another branch is called the Executive Branch. The Executive Branch consists of the Governor, Lieutenant General, The Secretary of state, Attorney general, and the State Board of Education and are also on their posts as a result of poll with the citizens.
The law-making branch is called Judicial Branch and they are also the one settling disputes in the entire state. This department is headed by the Supreme Court. This department handles issues that can be decided in accordance to the law and are part of the legal system like child support, crime, murders and even divorces. There is a The Kansas Child Support Guidelines that arranges child support issues in the state and all the guidelines here are being honoured and followed by all officers. The State Supreme court of Kansas also gives way to the grievances of its citizens and gives them chance to voice out their problems and issues if there is any.
The constitution of the state also dictates which service or govern.

property which is only visible in the Kansas Constitution and
not else in different state. Aside from these laws, Kansas
Constitution also allows women to raise and discipline their
siblings in accordance to the set laws of the playbook.
2. There three branches of Government in the Kansas State. There
is the Legislative, Executive and the Judicial. The Legislative
part consists of senators (40 of them) and representatives (125
of them) and is elected on their post by the citizens of Kansas.
Another branch is called the Executive Branch. The Executive
Branch consists of the Governor, Lieutenant General, The
Secretary of state, Attorney general, and the State Board of
Education and are also on their posts as a result of poll with the
citizens.
The law-making branch is called Judicial Branch and they are
also the one settling disputes in the entire state. This
department is headed by the Supreme Court. This department
handles issues that can be decided in accordance to the law and
are part of the legal system like child support, crime, murders
and even divorces. There is a The Kansas Child Support
Guidelines that arranges child support issues in the state and all
the guidelines here are being honoured and followed by all
officers. The State Supreme court of Kansas also gives way to
the grievances of its citizens and gives them chance to voice out
their problems and issues if there is any.
The constitution of the state also dictates which service or
government program should receive a fund from the federal
system like funds to continue services in public schools and
parenthood planning. The Constitution of Kansas allows its
citizen to get basic help if needed from the government.
As the Constitution of Kansas has provisioned, the law expects
everyone or every kid to go to school on government fund and
that there would be teacher that are highly trained to provide the
educational assistance needed by the students without them
causing anything. Hence every kid in Kansas is expected to
finish Grade 12 without much difficulty especially in the line of
money and educational support.
3. To make it easier for every student to continue their education
and to finish it, school services has been offered like food
services and medical supply if the need arises. There are even
vocational courses being offered and rehabilitation yet these
services are being provided by having some expense cut on
some of the services the state support.
To support the government programs and services that the state
gives to its low income citizens, there are laws that increase the
property taxes and income taxes off the working individuals in
the state. There was a time when the government fund was
dwindling causing some major problems in financing the needs
to continue support for educational assistance in the state.
Hence there were some cuts in the budget allocated to some
services was necessary.
To make ends for the government of Kansas in supporting the
free services it is giving; sales tax has been collected with more
force. When the economy is bad and is not earning much, sales
tax is the first one to suffer and when business owners are
unable to pay their dues, there are government agencies that
work on collecting the due sales tax sometimes with force.
There are some payment modes that can be arranged for
business owners to avoid losing their company but in reality,
these payment arrangements doesn’t often work and business
owners still loses their business and even personal properties.
The reason why business owners are still getting bankrupt is
because there is a part on both parties that are not following the
agreed mode of payment. When a payment agreement was
reached but the business owners fails to settle the charges, then
the consequences is that the sales tax representative who
collects the sales tax will force the business to close down.
There are some business owners who survives interestingly but
the wheel still goes round and round until it gets more harder
for the business owner to run from sales tax collectors.
4. The Constitution of the state of Kansas and the United States
Constitution are somehow related in some ways and that they
are the same in most of the laws written on them. First and
foremost, it seems that all laws and constitution is written and
began with a Preamble which is common to both Constitutions.
Despite the different content, it is still amazing to find
Preamble on both of their first page.
Conclusion
The function of the State of Kansas as a government was one of
the aim of this paper. IT basically defines what the constitution
of the state is and what it is for. It talks about the three
branches of its government and the services it provides to its
citizens as well as possible improvements that can be done to
make it more effective in serving the needs of the people of
Kansas.

Create a Running head (shortened title)
(Page number) 1
Full title of the paper
Your first name, middle initial(s),
5. last name
Affiliated Institution
Course Title
Instructor’s name

Abstract
The abstract is the second page of your paper and should be on
a page by itself. Think of an abstract as a condensed summary
of your entire paper; between 150 to 250 words.
According to the official guidelines of the American
Psychological Association, a good Abstract should be:
1. Brief but packed with information. Each sentence must be
written with maximum impact in mind. To keep your abstract
short, focus on including just four or five of the essential
points, concepts, or findings.
Objective and accurate. The abstract's purpose is to report
rather than provide commentary. It should also accurately
reflect what your paper is about. Only include information that
is also included in the body of your paper.
Main Body
The Main Body of your academic paper should be organized in a
manner that moves from general to specific information.
Some of the APA guidelines you should focus on while writing
the Main Body of your paper include the following:
6. Heading Levels
Heading levels are used if you want to have your paper divided
into sections based on content. However, not all papers will
have headings or sub-headings in them.
The format of each Level is illustrated below:
Level 1: Centered, boldface, Uppercase and lowercase
Header.
Using In-text Citations
In-text citations show where you found your sources that you
are quoting, summarizing, or paraphrasing. They are used
primarily within the Main Body of the paper, whereas the term
reference refers to the complete citation. For every in-text
citation in your paper, there must be a corresponding entry in
your reference list on the References page.
In-text Citation example
According to Hibel, Farkas, and Morgan (2010), “Certain
groups of students are routinely found to be overrepresented
(compared to their share in the school-aged population) in
special education classrooms” (p. 313).
The following is how this in-citation should be listed on your
References page:
Hibel, J., Farkas, G., & Morgan, P.L. (2010). Who is placed into
Special Education? Sociology of Education, 313.
Washington, D.C.: Sage.
Quoting, Paraphrasing, and Summarizing Quotation
A quotation is made by using the original wording from an
7. outside source and incorporating those words into your own
writing. The words from the outside source will be clearly
marked as belonging to another and enclosed in quotation
marks.
When quoting fewer than 40 words, place quotation marks
around the entire passage, followed by the citation, such as:
“Technology can take on several roles in education, such as role
of resources, role of delivery system, or productivity” (Lee et
al., 2013, p. 134).
Block Quotation Quotations that are more than 40 words in
length should be indented a half inch (the same length as a
paragraph’s indentation). Quotation marks are not placed around
the cited material; rather, the indentation signifies that the
material is a direct quote. For example:
Lee, Waxman, Wu, Wichlo and Lin (2013) explained the multi-
layered dynamic of technology in
Education:
Technology can take on several roles in education, such as role
of resources, role of delivery system, or productivity.
Computer programs were found to be most effective in
supporting student centered learning if the programs can
provide scaffolds for students with special needs, support
factual knowledge acquisition, and emphasize the capacity of
technology in creating new learning experiences for students.
(p. 134)
Note that the period is placed at the end of the quoted material
(not at the end of the citation) as shown above.
Two Authors
When providing a parenthetical citation for a work by two
authors, use an ampersand (&) between the authors’ last names,
followed by date of publication, and page number: “Part of the
reason that business educators may be hesitant to interject
8. discussions of the public policies and how they came about into
their lectures and class discussions is a long-standing hesitancy
to bring politics into the classroom” (Cornwall & Dennis, 2012,
p. 13).
For sources such as websites and e-books that have no page
numbers, use a paragraph number. More information on citing
sources without pagination is given on the APA Style web page.
Conclusion
The Conclusion wrap ups what you have been discussing in your
paper. After moving from general to specific information in the
introduction and the Main Body paragraphs, your Conclusion
should begin pulling back into more general information that
restates the main points of your thesis or argument. Your
Conclusions may also call for action or overview future possible
research.

CONSTITUTION AND SYSTEMS OF THE STATE

Constitution and Systems of the State: TexasConstitution and
Systems of the State
The Texas Constitution was established February 15, 1876; it
established the purpose and structure of the Texas government
(Texas Constitution, 2017). The most current Constitution of
Texas is the seventh in Texas history, the previous were
between 1827 through 1869 and another constitution supervised
the Republic of Texas (Texas Constitution, 2017). The current
constitution is known as the Constitution of 1876 and was
designed in 1875 by a constitutional convention. (Boatright,
2013). As of November 2014, there has been 663 proposed
9. amendments that have gone before Texas voters in which 484 of
them have been approved and added (Texas Constitution, 2017).
The amount of modifications done to the Constitution has made
it very long and hard to understand, due to this the state
attempted to completely change the document in 1972 but was
unsuccessful and disablement that was supposed to be addressed
endured. However, the Texas Constitution is very long but
detailed and is significantly fundamental and important
(Boatright, 2013).
The Texas Constitution consist of 1 preamble and 17 articles.
The preamble of the Texas constitution states “Humbly invoking
the blessings of the almighty God, the people of the State of
Texas do ordain and establish this Constitution”. And then
moves forward with the articles
1. Bill of Rights
2. The power of the government
3. Legislature department
4. Executive Department
5. Judicial Department
6. Suffrage
7. Education
8. Taxation and Revenue
9. Counties
10. Railroads
11. Municipal Corporations
10. 12. Private Corporations
13. Spanish and Mexican Land Titles
14. Public Land and Land Office
15. Impeachment
16. General Provisions
17. Mode of Amending the Constitution of this State
How are the main components of government set up by the State
of Texas Consitution?
Texas was taken ownership by the United States in 1845. It was
during that time that the Texas government molded with the
customs of the Anglo Americans. The Republic Texas
Constitution 1836 depended plainly on Anglo American values,
this also was in effect by the constitution written in 1833 for an
independent state with the Mexican Federal Republic (May
2010). Important and valued legacies made known the Texas
constitutions joining fairness and laws, property of the
community, and the protection of certain personal property from
confiscations for those who owed a balance. The change was
declared by Texas for homestead protection (May, 2010).
The first Texas State Constitution was formed in 1845 when the
state entered the United States, this occurred because it showed
constitutional values routine in the United States. This included
the start of the written constitution, the foundation of command
was the people, where it ensures the rights of the people, the
separation of authority and the republican form of government.
May (2010) states, the state’s constitutional principle of
continuing significance is thee state legislatures, which are the
representative of the people, which have all the powers not
denied by the constitution and other valid federal laws.
Although the state constitutions are disclosed by familiar ethics
11. it varies from one to the other, due to it is motivated by regional
politics and culture of the states (May 2010).
The first constitution started the governmental assembly in
which supplementations and amendments were passed to
succeeding charters. Seats are divided up the population in both
houses of legislature. The bicameral state legislature requires
that any bill that is proposed must be presented twice to proceed
through a multiple progression of reviews, amendments and
then approval (Texas Politics, 2005). The legislative is given to
a two chambered legislature where the House of Representatives
carry out 2 year terms and the senators are entitled to 4 year
terms. The biennial regular assemblies, speakers by the House
and lieutenant have elections where they are elected by the
voters (May, 2010).
Which branch of the government seems the most powerful in
Texas?
.
The branch of the government most powerful in Texas is
Legislature of all three main branches (Texas Politics, 2005).
The legislature has tremendous serious parts especially when it
comes to influence and obligation. One of the top ones that is
extremely important is lawmaking. The main purpose for
legislature is to carry out legislative responsibilities where they
talk amongst each other and deliberate on the bills that have the
possibility to become laws, constitutional amendments and
resolutions (Texas Politics, 2005). Legislature has the authority
to propose and approve resolutions, they must not influence the
law, they are used for commemoration and declarations (Texas
Politics, 2005). The Legislature has the authority regarding
amendments to the Texas Constitution and the United States
Constitution (Texas Politics, 2005).
Does the state of Texas constitution contain a Bill of Rights?
The state of Texas does contain a Bill of Rights. The Bill of
Rights is located in article one of the Texas Constitution under
the Bill of Rights. Article one at a point contained 29 sections
12. and later four more sections were added (Ericson & Wallace,
2010). The article provisions involve some fundamental
restrictions on the rights the state government and specified
rights individuals have as citizens. These Rights noted cannot
be disregarded for any reason by the government (Ericson &
Wallace, 2010).
Conclusion
The state constitution need to act upon a variety of functions in
the democratic political system, it should have the capability to
have responsibilities where the constitutions are weighed
accordingly. The Texas Constitution is designed with an outline
by the democratic government. It divides the authority into
three branches and this establishes a system that balances and
checks within the branches.
