The assignment requires students to: 1) Develop a leadership profile based on their leadership style and personality and apply it to analyzing advanced communication situations. 2) Engage in reflective practice by writing a paper that describes selected past communication experiences, analyzes them using their leadership profile, and discusses implications for future experiences. 3) The paper must follow APA formatting guidelines, cite at least 4 scholarly sources less than 5 years old, and not exceed 6 pages excluding references and title page. It will be submitted through the assignment portal by the due date and must meet specific criteria to be graded.

and writing conventions.

be needed from at least one (1) peer reviewed journal per
situation

with Scoring Rubric document above to organize your paper.
The headings included in that document should be used for your
paper and represent what is included in a completed paper.
