8. Installation Guidelines
1. Mid Series steam generators can be installed on the wall or above the false ceiling.
2. Use a flexible stainless steel hose (1/2” - 1/2” female head socket) to connect the water inlet on the steam unit and the water supply pipe.
3. Connect the ‘Steam Outlet’ pipe from the steam generator to the steam cabin using a copper or GI pipe with male elbow
4. The distance from the steam outlet to generator should be not less than 3m and not more than 5m.
5. A conduit pipe of 25 mm dia is required to connect the control panel to the steam generator (length 5 m max)
6. The steam jet connection should have one 3/4” female elbow
7. The drain pipe from the steam generator will be as per customer site conditions (GI pipe. 20mm-3/4” pipe)
8. The use of a Voltage stabiliser is a must
9. RCD/GFCI (shock protective device) must be installed on the main power supply
