 Analyzed the paint defects and remedies adopted by the company to curtail
them
 Performed sanding and polishing of the metal body parts to establish
constraints and solutions to defects
Deliverables
 Pareto analysis of defects established that 80% of defects were due to
dust and scratch.
 Strict supervision of each part was done and defects were analyzed
accordingly.
