Apple Watch(or you could check your
pulse by putting your hand near the wrist or
near the neck.)
Skipping Rope

pulse by

4. Steps
1) Check the pulse of the first person.
2) Take a photo of the watch(if you are checking
your pulse using your fingers draw a table and
take a photo of that.)
3) Ask them to skip using the skipping rope for 3
minutes.
4) After checking their pulse again ,take another
picture.
5) Repeat the process and you get your results.
