Title:
Seismic Performance Study of Reinforced Concrete Buildings with Shear
Walls.
Description
The performance of building is evaluated using parameters such as time
period, lateral displacement, base shear and storey drift. Pushover method of
analysis is used to study the structural behaviour during earthquake. It is
observed from the study that the shear wall system not only improves lateral
stiffness and strength capacity but also displacement capacity of the
structure.
