Project Name: Construction of bridge across Kumaradhara River on Kudmar – Shanthimogaru –
Sharavoor– Alankar road near Mangalore, Karnataka.

2. Responsibilities:
 Execution of site works like shuttering, concreting, excavation, land survey, controlled
blasting, quantity estimation, coffer dam, preparation of BBS. Also handled Piling
foundation and Open foundation works.
 Bar Bending Schedule duly approved
 Co ordination with the client
 Earthwork for road construction
 Experience in detailed drawings of Foundations, Pier caps, Abutments, Girders, Deck
slabs and other structural drawings like buildings and infrastructure projects.
 Toilet block construction including excavation, structure, finishing, sanitary fittings, soak
pit and wiring.
 Supervising procurement of materials and interacting with subcontractors.
Achievements:
 Presented research paper on “Cocoa Pod Husk Activated Carbon for Textile Industrial
Wastewater Colour Removal” in “National Conference on Recent Innovations in
Engineering and Technology” organized in BKIT Bhalki, Bidar and published the
research paper in “International Journal of Research in Engineering and Technology”.
 Participated in “Bridge Design” workshop organized by National Institute of Technology
Karnataka, Surathkal on the occasion of “Engineer 2013” technical fest.
 Participated in “3D Strfucture Design” workshop organized by Malnad Technical club
and selected for national level competition in IIT Guwahati.
 Participated in “Project Management Research and Academic Conference” organized by
Project Management Institution in IIT Madras and earned Professional Development
Unit.
 My research paper on “Cocoa Pod Husk Activated Carbon for Textile Industrial
Wastewater Colour Removal” is selected for oral presentation in “International
Conference on Ecology, Civil Engineering and Business” in Bangkok of Thailand. My
article on “Funicular Form Finding” is selected for oral presentation in “Structural
Engineering Convention” in IIT Delhi.
