A- IS THE SYSTEM WHERE STUDENTS ANSWERING EVOLUTION
QUESTIONNAIRE. THIS QUESTIONARY HAS A GRADING ALGORITHM.
WHICH WE WILL SHARE WITH YOU LATER.
THIS IS EFFECTING THE GRADUATION SUCCESS OF THE STUDENT
B- BADGE TYPE OF POINTS.
THEY ARE POINTS COMING FROM BADGES WHICH SYSTEM IS GIVING
AUTOMATICALLY. /CHECK ORANGE COLUMN)
2- ALL STUDENTS GRADING EACH OTHER BY A CLASSMATE SYSTEM
WHICH YOU WILL SEE THE LOGIC IN FURTHER SLIDES.

BEFORE STARTING PLS OPEN THE EXCEL SHEET CALLED “ENGLISH
ENEGREAM TEST”
1- WE ASKING TO STUDENT TO ELIMINATE 3 OF THAT BOXES WHICH ARE
NOT FITING THEIR CHARACTERISTICS
2- NEXT WE ASKING TO STUDENT TO CHOOSE 3 OF THEM
3-In this section, system will automatically give a combination related with the
previous selection. You see 84 lines (questions). These lines include adjectives
and are also related with the same personality types in the first section. System will
assign a triple combination according to the selection of the student in the first
step. Adjectives written in the columns E, F and G, will be shown as a box. And the
student will choose 1 box among the 3. All Questions represents a triple
combination. Let's say, if the student chose the boxes 7, 4, and 2 in the first
section, the system will assign the combination of 2-4-7, which is Question 37.
AFTER USING THE FORMULA INSIDE EXCEL
THE STUDENT SHOULD CHOOSE ONE OF THEM ABOVE.
FOR INSTANCE HE CHOOSES 4 (2ND COLUMN)
HE IS TYPE 4
FINAL
After student makes her decision in the second step,
system will assign her a personality type from the above.
If she choose Type 2 in final, she will be "The Helper".

THAT MEANS
WE GONNA DIVIDE ALL CLASSMATES TO 6
FOR INSTANCE: 24 PEOPLE IN SAME CLASS MEANS 4 GROUPS FROM 6
PEOPLE SHOULD GRADE EACH OTHER. UZ WE DONT WANT TO WASTE
STUDENTS TIME TO GRADE 24 PEOPLE. E.G STUDENT IN „GROUP A‟ WILL
GRADE OTHERS 5 STUDENTS WHO BELONGS TO GROUP A
BUT
IF THE CLASS HAS 33 STUDENT, 33/6= 5 GROUP WE HAVE . REST 3
STUDENT WILL BELONGS TO LAST GROUP AND LAST GROUP GONNA BE 8
STUDENT.
