MORRISVILLE, NC — GrapeCity PowerTools has announced the availability of ActiveAnalysis 2, one of
the first freeform OLAP, data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) component for Microsoft

Designed for Silverlight 4, the latest version allows

visualization and business intelligence features
into their applications.
Another significant new feature is the support for
exporting the onscreen data to Microsoft Excel-

embed sophisticated Business Intelligence
features into their applications and allows
companies to develop and evolve their BI
solutions with less development efforts,” said Rick
Williamson, GrapeCity PowerTools General

• Let your users uncover trends more easily with a continuous view of discrete data.
• Leverage native support for SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and custom MDX queries.
• Treat relational data as multi-dimensional and benefit from flexible data binding options.

Visual Studio and the .NET Framework to build powerful business intelligence solutions,” said Robin Cole,
