Their goal is to cultivate an innovative environment free of toxic conflict by ensuring teams can express ideas freely through difficult yet constructive conversations. The problem is team members are afraid to speak up due to fear their minor disputes could escalate into harmful conflicts. The Spatz solution uses a 3-step app and peer review network where team members must acknowledge, apologize for, and accept apologies for disputes in order to resolve them before escalation.
