This document presents a proposal for an AI-powered messaging app and peer network called Spatz that aims to monitor and resolve minor conflicts, referred to as "micro-conflicts", in teams before they escalate. The system would use a three-step messaging process and machine learning to identify, intervene in, and resolve disputes and spats. It would provide analytics on conflict data to predict team success. A business model is proposed where companies pay $4-8 per user per month for access to the Spatz system and data insights. The founder has experience in dispute mediation and previous startup ventures.
