Copying & Printing
RJC Learning Commons
• 2 printers/copiers
• B&W: 10₵ single-sided; 9₵ double-sided [default]
& Colour: 25₵ single-sided, 23₵ double-sided;
letter size (8 ½” x 11”) paper only
• copying & printing uses the PrintSmart
system; linked to your MAC ID
• funds can be added to your account using
cash, credit or debit
• pay stations (which accept coins & bills) are
located in all libraries on main campus

Print Collections @ Innis
• Books: Approx. 20,000 business
titles in the fields of human
resources, finance, marketing,
management science, and more.
• Magazines & Newspapers: Small
collection of current issues
relevant to business. Previous
years housed in MILLS Periodicals
(3rd floor)

Borrowing Books on Main Campus
• Library Card: McMaster Student ID card
• Loan Period: 3 months
• Renewals: All books can be renewed (unless they
have been recalled) up to 6 times online via
http://library.mcmaster.ca/myaccount [link on
Library home page]
• Recalls: If another user requests a book you have
checked out, you will receive an email requesting
that you return the book by a new due date.

Print Collection @ RJC
• Use the Bibliaff website to see a list of
current titles & their availability 3 week loan
period
• Sign out books from the concierge desk

Course Materials / Reserve
• Most course content will be delivered to
you through Avenue to Learn (use your
MAC ID to login).
• Some instructors may also put course
materials on reserve at the RJC concierge
desk
• Reserve items may be borrowed for two
hours at a time
• E.g. A600 has readings, textbooks and
assignments on reserve

OPTION #1: Submit requests via this online form:

• Books: Library will purchase book in online format (when
possible), then email you a link to the title OR Library will
borrow book from another institution and mail it to your
home using Canada Post.
• Articles: Library will arrange to have a copy produced at the
other institution, then emailed to you online.
