Signs of potential relapse can be identified through observational cues such as negative body language, lack of interest, disengagement, anxiety, and avoidance techniques. Strategies to prevent relapse include developing social support, setting small reward-based targets, providing positive feedback, encouraging open communication about triggers, self reflection, motivational discussions, and enjoyable exercises.
