STAKEHOLDER - An employer (Doctor-
pathologist)
NEEDS a way to increase social skills and work
ethics (punctuality and accountability) of his
employees
AS the absence of these qualities is tarnishing
HIS reputation amongst his customers
(patients).
First prototype is actually a hybrid of many ideas aimed at increasing
loyalty, work ethics and accountability of the employees.

• Talk to employees
• Get their feedback
• Understand their problems and
help them in finding a solution

• Ask employees to be empathetic
to patients
• Conduct a role reversal kind of
situation so that they can better
understand patient’s problems

• Take continuous feedback from patients
• Award employees based on feedback
• Conduct a one hour lecture on ethics
• Take up a test – giving answers
might make the employees realize
the importance of ethics

I also liked the role reversal idea but I
doubt anyone would be willing to do it
What else can be done?
Update technical college to increase
accountability
Hire an HR consultancy
• To make pages with inspirational quotes and stick
them up
• Quotes could include:
– Choose a job you and you will never have to work a
day
– Nothing will work unless you do
– Opportunity is missed by most people because it is
dressed in overalls and looks like work
• The main pros for this idea are:
– Very easy to implement
– Employees wont take it as if they are being chastised
Second prototype:
Use inspiring quotes, reminders and notes to instill a sense of
loyalty, accountability and ethics
Things I Like Things that can be improved
Questions? Ideas!!
Very easy to implement
No cost involved
A simple but potentially very good idea
