  buying patterns and habits in order to identify
  potential profit leaks, in the agreed reviewed
  categories

• CRC identifies the most appropriate suppliers
• CRC places the new brief into market place with
  customers prior approval
• Final selection
Ongoing Communication

• CRC facilitates the implementation to ensure
  transition runs smoothly
• CRC ensure that the client’s work is kept to
  an absolute minimum so as not to disrupt the
  normal course of their business
• CRC monitors the service during the 18
  month period to ensure all changes are
  running at the optimum level and to the
  clients satisfaction

  first 18 months
• Client receives the remaining 50% of the savings
• Fees are calculated on real consumption and prices
  during the period
• After first 18 months client receives savings in full
