2. Who we are:
Initially a group of
22 active people
18-25 years old
travelling across
several regions by
one bus for 7 days.
Pilot Project: 2013
3. What we do:
Volunteer at rural
locations and
educate local
communities,
teaching leadership
the H&T Team and
having fun.
4. How we do it:
Several years in a
row the project
receives funds
from the PAS of U.S.
Embassy to Ukraine,
FLEX alumni and other
grants.
Participants are
selected from all
parts of the country.
5. The organizing
team plans a yearly
tour; locations are
being contacted in
advance.

6. Achievements:
In Petrykivka
village H&T
volunteers helped
to connect local art
museum to the
Internet and create
a draining system.
A few months later UNESCO
has recognized Petrykivka
art as a cultural heritage.

8. Get inspired, too:
We spent nights in
sleeping bags at
small schools or
even outside;
we had our phones
off and smiles on;
no alcohol or
laziness, only pure
happiness and
energy to do good.
