1. E-Commerce Business Development On Your Land
This has been an article I have thought about for months now and I have never seen one
person talk about it yet. So I’m going to discuss it. When you are able to get a house built
on the land, with a post office nearby, then you should be able to help build a business
for someone in the area. Fortunately there are ways.
Depending on who you would bring onto the land it would be very important to note
their profession and be able to get an idea of who they are. For example, if the tenant is
an auto mechanic how would you be able to analyze their work and see how you can
come up with an area to develop and be able to get customers.
This is a very complex idea so it takes time to understand but the idea would be to
record different methods on how to bring in customers for this tenant and be able to
help him or her grow. So for an auto technician I would reccommend using Waze ads or
some type of mapping application that already creates advertisement for this person.
A good website gets the idea forward and getting their name out there is highly
important. The next thing is to see where he or she can work in the area if there is a
dealership around or something. The reason for this is because you need to be able to
log in and be able to get an idea of how to build them up over time.
So once understood of the profession then the next step is to record the next person and
look into advertising strategies of that person as well. Maybe that person would like to
open up a restaurant?
That’s perfect! Restaurants bring in a lot more people and create a hub for commerce.
Same with movie theaters, shopping malls and more. So basically how would this work?
So my reccommendation on being able to bring business to your land would be to open
up some kind of people attraction first and then start opening up supplier chains.
2. Another one that can help bring people are therapy offices as well. Anything to do with
people and depending where you put your plot of land it will be even more important to
focus on getting people over.
One of the issues is that if the land is in a rural section then it will be hard to bring in
more income to your town or land. So what you need to do is see how you can begin to
do that.
That’s why e-commerce actually works very well now a days. Being able to have your
tenant create their own business and send out products to the city is amazing! So many
new ideas and more work can start for your town to turn up business like crazy.
The next thing that can happen are workshops being made in the region and much
more. E-Commerce is the new region for the world and what needs to be built for your
land is a department that focuses entirely on e-commerce marketing and digital work.
If I were working on this project myself I would be focused on nothing but getting a
team together that can offer help to the clientele on building out their presence online or
building out their name in person.
Next offer a loan possibility for your tenant and be able to see if they can pull it off.
Explain to them that there will be a team that will analyze your craft or trade and help
you get what you need to get.
SEO, ads, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook ads, Twitter? Substack? Etsy? Anything really
we would be able to pick out the right marketplace that the tenant can thrive in and be
able to help build business for them.
If I were to create a team, there would be a SEO person, an ads person, a person who
gets phone numbers and emails, a person that is good at creating circles on WhatsApp
and dialogue, and a person who can write proposals and get contracts from local cities.
