1. The Hierarchy shows the Job roles of each person and my manager which is
under the Event manager. The Events manager is in charge of everyone else
and what is going on at all times. Underneath them is the Technical Manager
who is clearly in charge of what is going on with music and lighting, FOH who is
in charge of what is going on before the show, in the interval and the end of
the show, Stage Manager who is in charge of what is going on, on stage is
everything is going to plan and Marketing manager who is the advertiser of the
whole event. Underneath that is the Lighting Designer who designs all the
lights for the pieces, Wardrobe Manager who is important of costume and
where they are put. Underneath them are the Assistants so the assistant
Technical manager so if the manager is busy it is down to the assistant
technical manager, again with the assistant technical manager in sound, OH
and marketing. Lastly Underneath them is the lighting technician who will be
the one who is lighting the stage on the cues, the sound technician who is in
charge of playing the correct tracks, dressers who help with quick changes for
the performers, Makeup artist so if certain make up is needed that is what
they will be doing, FOH so people: selling tickets, clicking people in, ushering
people to their seats and their car parking and the ASM who makes sure things
are going right in the two rooms.
