Introduction
According to WHO, there are an estimated two billion people in the
world with anaemia, an estimated 50 per cent of children are anaemic
and 47 per cent of pre-school children have iron deficiency anaemia
(lack of iron). The prevalence of anemia is shown in school-aged
children, pregnant women, and non-pregnant women.
Anemia originates when the concentration of hemoglobin within red
blood cells is lower than normal, resulting in poorer ability of the
blood to carry oxygen to the body's tissues; this condition is mostly
caused by nutritional deficiency, mainly of iron, in addition to folate,
vitamin B12 and A. In many cases, when diets are poor in
micronutrients, multiple micronutrient deficiencies can have a
synergistic effect on the development of anemia.

Introduction
Different researches have been carried out for efficient
solutions where it has been identified that iron
deficiency can be caused by pregnancy, growth or
inadequate diet, giving as a solution an iron fortification
in wheat and corn flour following a balanced diet., these
results indicate that adverse effects can be prevented
and/or reversed with iron earlier in development or
before iron deficiency becomes severe or chronic.

B. Desing of the Metodology
1) Observe: We have the support of the Respirando2 clinic which will allow
us to communicate about the development of the research.
2) Define: We collect all information about the monitoring of the diets left by
the doctor to patients suffering from Anemia.
3) Devise: The design of the application is built according to the information
collected in previous researches and by the surveys.
4) Prototype: The application is developed in Flutter which is the google
framework, the Dart programming link will be used. It will be connected to
the clinic's demo platform using MySql database to register the food history.
5) Evaluate and test the products: The compliance with the daily diet is
monitored both in the System and in surveys, at the time of their respective
medical check-up, here the conclusions of the research are determined.

C. Programs to be used:
Flutter: Flutter is Google's UI toolkit for making natively compiled
android and ios applications for mobile, web and desktop from a
single code base.
Dart: It is the object oriented programming language that was chosen
to be used with flutter, since it is open source and was created by
Google.
Php: We use this programming language for the creation of the API's
(Backend) and for our web system.
PhpMyAdmin. Tool that offers control panels cpanel of Hostinet web
hosting with which to manage mysql databases.

RESULTS
The study of the patients was in the city of Lima, which is at an
altitude of 100m, therefore, the application did not make any
adjustment to the hemoglobin indicated in Table II.
The 150 patients in our study, according to their age and
hemoglobin level indicated in Table I were collected as follows:

Results
The following is the result of the people distributed according to Table I, who
improved their condition of anemia from severe to moderate, mild or in normal
ranges, by respecting the diet assigned in the application, between each medical
appointment:

Conclusions
• It is concluded that the "mobile application for monitoring and
control of the diet in people with anaemia" exposed, helps to be
able to assign a diet in an automatic and effective way,
following the national and international parameters shown in
tables 1 and 2.
• The application, which is 91.3% effective, motivates people to
follow a diet according to their hemoglobin type, assigned by
the doctor, and improves the level of anemia between each
medical consultation.
• It allows the health center to keep a history per patient and
follow up on diet compliance in relation to what has been
consumed daily.
