Sex: the elephant in the room no one likes to talk about. It is a natural act humans have done for years but also a taboo to show or acknowledge.
Sex, despite being taboo, is omnipresent. It is present in discussions of God, television, dating, and other areas, all of which have played a role into
my understanding of sex and sexuality. However, public education has ultimately been the main factor in maintaining my personal safe sex life. Many

depositions, and reviewing contracts. Even though I had experience reviewing contracts while working a couple of summers for a General Counsel at a

Pursuing A Law Degree During My Sophomore Year Of College
I first acquired an interest in pursuing a law degree during my sophomore year of college. In order to prepare myself, I chose to major in criminal
justice, with the intention of becoming a defense attorney. During my senior year, I decided that I did not want to go to law school directly after
college. Shortly after graduation, I moved to New York Cityand explored other career options. However, I remained open to a career in law. Moving to
New York City from Miami broadened my view of the world, and was challenging. Some of those challenges, that I overcame, enabled me to realize

When I first moved to New York City, I transferred locations with my current employer and I also pursued modeling. I successfully acquired

schools cater to religion being taught the same thing is not set in place for sex education. Many believe that sex education is vital in today's world.

In August 2016, I sat down for a discussion with one of the attorneys at Hotze Runkle, Justin Dunlap. Mr. Dunlap had just joined the firm a month

Recently, the UNCTAD report of 2015 has waged a fierce war against the International Arbitration System by proposing some radical reformations to
the ISDS mechanisms. One of the crucial challenges pertains to safeguarding the sovereignty of States with regards to their public policymaking by
placing some limits on IIAs. In other words, the report suggests that the current International Arbitration mechanisms have constituted a breach to the
sovereign right of the states to apply their national law, and to regulate in their public interest. Furthermore, the proposal envisages an eventual
formation of a permanent international investment court and its possible multi–lateralization either through BITs or international conventions. Suffice
it to say that this was an inevitable outcome to the heated debate between the proponents and opponents of the ISDS. Especially that they preferred to
put an end to many growing arbitration practices like "waiver" and "fork–in–the–road" clauses in BITs. However, some thoughtful questions have
