  6. 6. Coordinators must provide context on the task at hand. On-line volunteers must know not only what they will be working on, but also "why“ the task is important. On-line Volunteering
  7. 7. Communications between Coordinators and on-line volunteers should be consistent. Coordinator should always reply promptly. On-line Volunteering
  8. 8. Make volunteers feel included. Volunteers should feel connected to the team and the cause. On-line Volunteering
  9. 9. Incentives must be provided continuosly to on-line volunteers On-line Volunteering
