How to Track Your Order from Cymax.com

2. Visit the Cymax home page at www.cymax.com. Click on “my account” in the upper right hand corner.
You'll find the link just above the pink CHECKOUT button.

3. Enter the email address and password you used to place your order, and then click the orange Login button.
Refer to your order confirmation email or retrieve your password if necessary.

4. Once you are logged in, your screen will display a tab for Order History including a list of transactions.
Find your most recent order at the top of the list. Refer to your order confirmation email if necessary.

5. To see if your order has been shipped, refer to the Status column,
and the line corresponding to your current order.

6. A printable version of your Order Confirmation is also available within your Order History.
Simply click on the printer icon next to any order to open a window similar to the one above.
