ICSI INTIATIVES BY CS RAJIV BAJAJ
INITIATIVES AT ICSI:
Initiatives by CS Rajiv Bajaj at NIRC of ICSI
during his tenure as Chairman in the year 2012:
 Gave the the Slogan First time to the yearly
activity of NIRC and dedicated the year to
“Capacity Building and Value Creation”
 In an another First NIRC of ICSI has been
granted ISO 9001:2008 Certificate for applying
management system in line with above
standards. Till date it is the only Regional
Council to get this Honor.
 Re-coined the name of ICSI-NIRC Newsletter
as “INSIGHT” which will give an insight about
the various forthcoming programs, news from
NIRC, Chapters, etc., Legal Updates,
Compliance Checklist, etc.
 Pioneered the Concept of Convocation for New
Members and the first Convocation in the
Northern Region was organized on 24th Nov
2012.It was horizontally spread to other
Regional Councils as well.
 NIRC organized First Regional Sports
Competition.

 NIRC Participated in the Airtel Delhi Half
Marathon as a Brand Building Initiative.
 Campus Placement for Trainees was also
organized.
 HR Conclave:
First HR Conclave was
organized in the year, attended by HR
managers /Directors of Big corporate houses.
 Career awareness programmes /Career fairs
were organized at various schools & Colleges
 Renovated ICSI-NIRC Building with CCTV
camera. Made a state of Art Facility
tremendously increasing the revenue at NIRC.
