The film script tells the story of a boy from a poor rural family who dreams of being in a band. In the beginning, shots establish that he lives in a run-down old house. He leaves home carrying his guitar. Scenes then cut between the boy alone in the city and a band rehearsing without a singer. The boy gets depressed and meets some drug dealers who beat and rob him when he can't pay. In pain, the boy finds his guitar in a bin and starts busking to earn money. His talent is noticed and he is offered a music contract, allowing him to join the band and achieve his dream.

He will thengooutof a gate as the camera switchesthe trackhimas he walksdownthe middle of
small,rural road.We want himto be filmedata trackingshot soit will looklike he isleavinghisold
life andtryingto findanewone somewhere else.The camerawill thenswitchtoa bandplayingina
darkenedroomas thoughtheyare practicing for a gig.Howeverthere will be nosingerforthe band
meaningthatwe will justleave amicon itsownas the bandplayaround it.The story will then
continue forboyas we knowsee himbeingtrackedinto a suburbanarea. But soon the boyrealises
that leavinghome wasabig mistake andhe beginstowonderif he will everreachhisdreamof
playingina band.
We followthe boyashe entersthe park to contemplate the choiceshe’smade sofar.As we see the
boybeginto breakdownwe will see acouple of gang membersmake theirwaytothe park after
seeingthe boyprotagonistenterearlier.Seeingthathe isalreadydistressedtheywalkuptohimon
the swings.The boyseemsa bitnervousof themat firstbutafter theytalkhimroundtheyofferhim
drugs.Aftera while the boytakestheirnumberandtheythenleave.The boygoestoan abandoned,
run downshedareawhere he rashlydecidedtophone the drugdealersandpurchase some drugs.
In-betweenall of the narrative sectionsare quickcutsback to the performance sectionwherethe
shotsemphasise the lackof singerbyshowinganemptymicrophone.Asthe storycontinueswe find
out that the boyhas become evenmore depressedafterthe effectsof the drugs,alsothe drug
dealerscome backto findhimand we soonrealise thatthe boydidnot have enoughmoneytopay
for the drugs.The gangmembersstartbeatinghimup andtheyendup takinghisguitarand
throwingitawayin a bin.The boy,clearlypained,startsto get up realisingthattheyhadtakenhis
guitar.
In painthe boy strugglesovertowardsthe binwhere he findshisguitar.He seemstobe upliftedby
the fact that it hasn’tbeentrashedandisstill playable.Clearlybeatenandbrokenthe boyhasno
optionbutto start buskingtotry and earn some money.The boystarts to become popularwiththe
localsas theystart givinghimmore moneyeveryday.The boyclearlyistalented,soonaband
managerwalkspasthim.Hearinghistalenthe soonoffershima musiccontract whichthe boy
happilysigns.
We see the boysignthe contract and thenchange from historn andmuddyclothesinto a new suit.
He thenmakeshiswayto the band practice whichisthe same bandas we saw inthe performance
sectionearlier.He reacheshe dreaminlife of beingpart of the bandwhichemphasisesthe factthat
anyone can reachtheirgoalsin life nomatterhow low downinsocietytheyare.
