3. Industrial Training (LI) is one of the compulsory requirement for all
Bachelor's students to qualify for the award of Bachelor’s Degree, University
of Sultan Zainal Abidin (UnisZA). The evaluation of internship students are
based on their weekly report, final report and specific task. The existing
method used nowday by supervisor to give an evaluation marks for their
students are still using manual method which is using an evaluation form.
In order to sustain and improvise the existing method of the student's
evaluation, a new strategy is required. So, an Evaluation System for
Industrial Training Student (MyESiT) which is a web based system are
developed in order to enables and facilitates on the student's assessment.
Indirectly, MyESiT system allows the student's assessment entered directly
into the system without involving the use of the evaluation form.

8. Coordinator of Industrial Training
 Upload files/ documents.
 Update and add the information of eligible Industrial Training
students into database.
 Assign a supervisor lecturer for each student who will undergo
industrial training.
 Search, display, update and delete the student’s information.
 Register students, supervisors and industry supervisors into
system.
 Search, delete, update and view supervisors information.
 Import student information from Excel.xls files into database
system.

• Simplest multi criteria decision making
• Systematic process for prioritizing requirement based on several

• Looking for balance in determining the priority of requirement that
have counters
Step 1 : State each criteria with a weight of importance
Step 2 : Overall score calculated by multiply the criteria score
with weightage
