15. • Further talking about some of her life experience she
shared that juniors don't work according to our
expectation and at that time she explained them
importance of their work and made them realize
their DUTY and turned them into the good
contributing personality.
• One of the experience she shared was that, that she
lost the support of her senior and due to her
decision. Bringing the solution to the problem she
represented her point of view to the senior and tried
to convince them the reason for her decision.
• She has always find a way to create a good for self
and good for all making her one of the best
professors in the institute.
