Strategy to
Overcome/Prevention
To prevent having to
film in bad weather, I
will check the weather
forecast for the days we
need to film outside, this
is because rain and bad
weather will be
inconvenient as it may
affect the sound and can
damage the equipment.
Incase an actor is
injured or falls ill during
the filming, I will make
sure someone else is
there as a substitute. If
Gillian or I is ill or
injured, we will just
have to reschedule for a
day when we are better.
To ensure that Gillian,
the actors and myself
can make the shoot
scheduled for that day
and the shoot doesn’t
clash with another
event, we made sure
that the most reliable
actors were chosen for
the job. However, we
made sure that we had
substitutes incase there
are any inconveniences.
Because the film is set
in/ at a sixth form, there
may be times when
students may be in the
way, or cause risk to he
equipment. We may
need to bring along an
assistant to keep watch
for new people entering
the scene and to keep
watch on the
equipment, this is
because it will be
difficult to do this
ourselves, as we will be
too busy filming and
performing.
2. Malfunctions with
camera
All
Myself and Gillian
I will make sure that
before and after every
shoot, the camera will
be charged, so there will
be no problems with
low battery during
filming. Also, I will
bring back up memory
cards to the shoot,
incase the original one
runs out of memory.
