5. Dubai Transit Visa:
This is used when you are actually flying to another country via Dubai. And you
need to stay in Dubai for a few days in transit. This is available for 2 periods:
▪ 48-hour transit visa
▪ 96-hour transit visa
▪ Service
▪ This enables you to stay in the country for a 14-day period. This is used for
traveling or business purposes.

This enables individuals to visit Dubai and other Emirates for a maximum of 30
days. Two types of a Tourist visa are available:
▪ Single-Entry Tourist Visa
▪ Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa
▪ Dubai Long-Term Tourist Visa:
These enable people to stay in the country for up to 90 days. Based on the number
of entries to the state, it is of the following two types:
▪ Long-Term Single-Entry Tourist Visa

8. According to the Dubai Embassy, the following are the documents needed for an
Indian to apply for a visa. Although, there may be additional documents needed
depending on the kind of visa you are applying for.
▪ A valid Passport- valid for a period of a minimum of 6 months from the date
you arrive in UAE.
▪ Colour copies of the bio page on your passport as well as the last page
▪ Confirmed flight tickets completing a round trip
▪ 1 recent colored photo that meets the necessary requirements
▪ Proof of employment
