1. The document outlines plans and arrangements for an upcoming meeting in Poland between representatives from several European countries to discuss a Comenius project on knights and knighthood.
2. Attendees are asked to bring logos, songs, calendars, presentations on their schools, and questionnaires about knights in their countries for the children.
3. Practical details are also provided such as getting permission for swimming lessons, bringing appropriate clothing for the weather, and keeping documentation of project work.
9. If possible 3 versions of a possible logo for the project. Made by children in the logo competition.
10. The project song. Every country makes at least two lines or a verse in English. Poland will put it together in a song .Send it in before the 31st of October. We will use the same music as the song from the last project of Kasia. We can hear the music on the blog.
11. Everyone makes a calendar of the activities for the first year, September 2011 until June/July 2012. It has to be a paper one and made by children.
12. All schools bring a power point presentation about the school. Pictures with little text. It can be presented by a teacher, but it would be great if a pupil could do it.
13. All schools will bring their pledge. It tells what the children promise to become knights of Europe. A paper version and at least 2 lines.
14. Make a questionnaire on knights and knighthood in your country and have children answer the questions. Take the results to Poland
15. Ask permission of the parents of the children who are coming to attend a swimming lesson. It has to be in writing.
17. In Comenius corners put pictures with text about the visit. Send a picture of Comenius corner and also the letter or presentation from information evening to Giorgios. He can put it on the blog. It would also be nice to put pictures, etc. of all things going on in your school on the blog, to see what’s going on in partner schools. In Poland there will be a workshop by Giorgios how to put things on.
18. Weather can be rainy and cold in Poland in November. Take 2 pairs of shoes and warm clothes.
19. Keep all work , pictures, letters and film etc. of the project. You will need them for the outcome but also it can be checked by your agency for 5 years after the ending of the project.
20. Be sure to have permission of parents when you put pictures on the web.

22. Kasia prepared the survey. . All countries filled in survey. Kasia collected them.
28. Visit France from 13 till 17 of march 2011. Everyone will check if this is suitable. We will decide in Poland. We have to adjust to the needs of the hosting country if possible.
29. Little discussion about what month, April is decided because of the flower season. This means it will be in the peak tourist season for their region. In order to book rooms Holland has to do it one and a half year in advance. The rooms will be twice the price if they wait.
30. They ask to tell in Poland how many rooms each country will need at the most. They can book the rooms in advance and if there are too many, they can cancel them without any problems
