THE PUNE EXPERIENCE:
Day 01: Mumbai – Pune
Morning, pick up from your Mumbai Hotel at 0630 hours. Leave for Pune by road (165 km). Arrive Pune and visit the
Aga Khan Palace. The Aga khan Palace Pune is a national monument of India’s freedom movement, following the
launch of Quit India movement in 1942. The Palace houses a Picture gallery and museum- Pictures depicting
important events in the freedom struggle and things used by Mahatma Gandhi during his stay in the palace like
utensils, clothes and his personal effects. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the Katraj Snake Park and the Rajiv
Gandhi Zoological Park. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Pune
Morning after breakfast visit the Raja Kelkar Museum. It comprises of rare exhibits, statues, weapons, manuscripts,
paintings and artifacts from all over the country and dates back to the Mughal and the Maratha periods. Also visit
Shaniwar Wada. Shaniwarwada was the stately mansion originally built as the residence of the Peshwas. The
historical structure which stands as an important chapter in the history of the Maratha empire is today a participant
narrating the rich history of the Marathas. Evening visit Chokhi Dani to have a cultural evening and enjoy Rajasthani

Day 03: Pune – Mumbai
Morning after an early breakfast leave for a half day tour to the Sinhagad Fort. Afternoon leave for Mumbai. Arrive
Mumbai and drop at your Mumbai Hotel / Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport / CST Terminus for onward
