expectations, blame, shame, guilt, criticism,
cynicism, skepticism, pessimism, resignation,
manipulation, procrastination, rationalization,
justification…
Word, promises,
agreements,
commitments,
responsibility,
generosity, integrity,
trust, honesty,
compassion,
acceptance,
forgiveness,
acknowledgement…
 A living, dynamic group of people
brought together and functioning for
a common purpose
 Are either surviving or thriving
 The context shapes the content
 How we see things
 Determines the outcome
 Is always decisive
 Is a conversation that HAS US
 We’re blind to how prevalent it is in
life – it’s all around us
 We’re fish in the bowl
 Maintained by three myths
 Our world is deficient
 Generates fear and survival
 Make a list where you say
there’s not enough
 We judge others and ourselves
 We never arrive
 A race with no winners,
with no end
 Make a list where you say more
is better
 Statements of justification
 Resignation or hopelessness
 Given up trying to change
 Make a list of where you say this
 On circumstances

“George will never understand.”
 On ourselves
“I’ll just never be able to be fit again.”
 It’s all about SURVIVAL!
 Life becomes about “making it”
 Agreement – becomes “truth”
 Once we see this, we can begin
to create a new context
 A context that there IS enough
 And it’s finite
 Three truths keep it alive
 Everything is energy, and it’s always
flowing, always changing
 Time, money and energy are like water
 The greater the flow,
the greater the power
 What activities increase the flow?
 Whatever we put time, money,
energy and attention to – flourishes
 The more we appreciate,
the greater the value
Dictionary:
 More than sufficient quantity
 A great supply
 Great plenty
 Wealth
 Ample
 Plentiful

The joy from gaining access to
and stepping into new arenas of
possibilities and opportunities
that were previously unseen or
undiscovered.
 Eliminate complaining about

grateful for each day.

 Practice:
“How may I be of service to you?”
By generating, distinguishing and
making known
to ourselves and to others

existing resources and unique
contributions
Create a list of:
1. Passionately committed to
2. Love about my life – grateful for
3. Love to do and enjoy doing
4. Really good at
5. Proudest accomplishments
6. Who I admire
7. Organizations
 One person shares, the other just listens
 Thank your partner for sharing
 Then switch
 After you both share, explore
 “How can we support each other?”
 If we look around, we will find what
we need – there’s always enough
 We are whole and complete
 We naturally share our resources
