¡ Week 1 – 1 Training Session (8 Players + Coach + Screening/Tracing Lead)

¡ Week 4 – 2 Training Session (8 Players + Coach + Screening/Tracing Lead)
Week 1-4 will be composed of 7 training sessions with additional 3 @ home
workouts. Focus will be on return to movement and stability exercises. Skill
work (dribbling, passing, finishing) will be conducted in a fun, safe and
competitive environment to re-introduce and engage the player. Priority is
safe movement patterns and enjoyment.
8. RETURN TO TRAIN 3 MONTH FORECAST
¡ Week 5 – 2 Training Session (8 Players + Coach + Screening/Tracing Lead)
¡ Week 6 – 2 Team Training Sessions (Full Team + Coach) if OS Phase 2
¡ Week 7 – 2 Team Training Sessions + 1 Intraclub Scrimmaged
¡ Week 8 – 2 Team Training Sessions + 1 Intraclub Scrimmaged
Week 5-8 will be composed of 8 team training sessions with additional 3 @
home workouts. In addition, 2 intraclub scrimmages may be added if Ontario
Soccer (with Ontario green light) moves into Phase 2. Focus will be on
improve the movement and increased strength/stability exercises. Game-like
scenarios will now be introduced to training providing a more “normal” feel
and a stronger social engagement.

Week 9-12 will be composed of 8 team training sessions. In addition, 4
intraclub scrimmages in a “tournament” series may be added if Ontario
Soccer (with Ontario green light) moves into Phase 2. Focus will be on
enhancing the movement and increased speed/power exercises. Game-like
scenarios will continue in training providing a more “normal” feel and a
stronger social engagement.This will provide an opportunity for High
Performance players to apply principles and self-assess performances.
